We are very mindful of the individual resident’s personal needs for extra care and are proud of our ability and record to satisfy these demands.
From the simplest tasks such as help with eating, to the most demanding, we are well equipped and skilled to help the individual. With a large team of dedicated staff, we have an ongoing training programme to NVQ standards to cope with the special needs of our residents including a qualified matron, a medical section and special elder care equipment. As well as regular Doctor visits, we are also specially qualified to administer certain emergency first aid including oxygen. Residents can still remain with their own Doctor if we are within their existing catchment area.
To maintain residents general health needs, we also have regular visits from opticians, dentists and podiatrists.
