Talbot Court is a specially developed town centre care home facility with accommodation for up to 30 residents.
Each resident has a specially adapted room which has been tastefully designed to offer safe, homely and familiar surroundings. To make their stay even more comfortable, each resident is appointed their own keyworker who will assist with personal care needs as well as liaising with the resident and their relatives. Residents are welcome to personalise their rooms with their own artefacts, whilst all rooms are serviced daily with a 24 hour care facility in place to monitor residents wellbeing. The home also has a number of specially equipped bathrooms to cater for residents individual needs.
Social interaction is a key feature of the home and with plenty of space, enjoys a large lounge on the ground floor. We also have a small walled garden with patio off the main lounge where residents can enjoy some time outside.
